Let us remember who had the hair before GaGa! Ms. Patti (philly girl!) dished about her locks on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen . And I feel like we should give her the credit that is due to her! You can check out more of the fabulous Ms. Patti on Broadway in Fela! My mom is a huge Ms. Patti fan so I think I'm headed to the show with her.

    Oh Patty!! I watched her appearance on Andy Cohen yesterday and loved her lady like attitude. She's still fierce. Also the cut is great on her.
