Just out of the gate are two up and coming designers Imani Alexander and Dominque Sade, who design Ceola and BLYKN respectfully. I had a chance to stop by their Lexington Ave. fashion show this afternoon and was see emerging talents. Both designers' collections were well put together. And the show received a lot of attention on Lexington Ave, with about 30 people attempting to catch a glimpse through the glass. The show was produced by RS Pop Shop, which helps emerging talents (check them out). My favorite pieces was a purple (slightly revealing) one-piece swimsuit and a cream dress with gold embellishments.
