Best New Designer of The Week- Jen Kao

Fashion Week is here! (I say it enthusiastically but its just not the same) But I found love in Jen Kao's designs. Shes a newbie whose designs have a sexy personality. Kao's designs are sleek, sexy and sophisticated. I want to wear all the minis! I personally think she should stick to short dresses and make her name above the knee. I'm excited to see her next point of view. Congrats Jen!
