Home Beauty Remedy 101- Honey

Honey! Honey is great for getting your skin really soft. Its great to get a headstart for the summer seasons during the wintertime. Now you can do it with 2 tsps of honey. Here's how: dissolve 2 tsps of honey into one cup of boiling hot water and essential oils. I personally love using lavender. Pour the mixture into your bath (its hot, so don't be a fool) and spend about 30 minutes relaxing. You soothe and smooth. Its also a great remedy during an at home pedicure to soften your feet.

Rihanna Covers Interview Magazine

This is my first post on Rihanna EVER. Mainly because... well who needs an explanation? Anyway, I absolutely love these shots. All it took was a little prada and a bouquet. Super low budget but A+ photography. I don't think she ever looked better and this styling is right up my alley. She talked about having kids and getting married and blah blah blah... who reads anymore? Its all about the look. And this look... I love. Ugh I just wish it was Beyonce's face... I guess I can't have it all! :) LOVE IT.

Guide To Thirft Store Shopping

Vintage Blouse
Vintage Clutch with Tassels
Vintage Chain Necklace
Vintage Studded Boots
Vintage Unique Fish Necklace

How to shop in thrift stores? Its easy to get overwhelmed in thrift shops, or even turn up your nose before realizing you can dive into some AMAZINGLY GREAT finds. For $100 you can really rack up. I've been thrift shopping for a while now and I recently came across a few new stores that I absolutely love in Philadelphia. Lets face it, Philly is the thrift store capital with the best estate shopping and thrift finds hands down. Here is how you shop in a thrift store:
1) Have a list in mind of things you are looking for.
2) Step into the thrift store with those items and mind and never get side tracked or you will get lost in the clutter. Most thrift shops are divided into sections so that you can easily shop.
3) To ease into shopping, start off at the accessories table. You will find some great little pieces and it will actually pump you up to go on the hunt for some more great pieces.
4) Think 'Quality Only'. If it looks really cool but is really cheap, keep moving. You honestly will NEVER wear it once you take it home and blend it with your staple pieces.
Top three items to look for when thrift store shopping:
1) Weird accessories that will grab peoples attention and get a conversation going.
2) Blouses with unique patterns or blended fabrics
3) Great vintage pumps or boots.
If you stay focused and open minded you can really stock up in thrift shops and keep yourself stylish and within budget!

Barbie's Modern Dream Car

Audi R8 $109,000
Aston Martin V8 Vantage $110,000
Porsche 911 Turbo $122,000
Ferrari 430 $168,005

I was out with a couple of my girlfriends and they started talking cars. I was CLUELESS! I knew the names of different cars, but being in NY for so long I had ZERO interest or knowledge about them. Here are a few of the favorites that came up in conversation. Now you ladies can put them on your list right next to the Malibu dream car thats been sitting there since the age of five. Hope you get the one you want within the next 3 years! I think I'll have the Aston Martin.

Home Hair Remedy 101- Coffee

Who would have thought your coffee would be great for your hair? I had no clue. But I was told that if you brew coffee and let it sit until its only lukewarm and then pour it onto your hair and let it stand for 20 minutes, you actually will have smoother hair. It works for curly or straight hair and its pretty cheap! Cut the frizz with coffee.
